Hi I'm Ty Williams (or at least that's the pen name I write under lol), an 20 something year old Christian writer who has been in love with the art of storytelling and reading since elementary school. I still remember when it happened. 

 

I was in 1st grade and I had gotten in some trouble, and my mother in response locked me in my room with nothing but those old reading textbooks. Prior to this I had a tough time reading in school, but I read the whole thing more then I can count doing that punishment. After this, I couldn't put books down though. It went from a punish to give my reading textbook to having to take my books from my room when I was in trouble.

In middle school I discovered the genre of fantasy though Lord of The Rings, Narnia, and Percy Jackson(propelling me into fantasy nerd status); along with Marvel and DC Comics(only knew of the movies prior) and manga. During this time, I had teachers who would look at my writing assignments, and encourage me to write stories. There the race began to not just enjoy storytelling, but tell my own stories starts...

During High School and my very short time in college, I started including my faith of Jesus and the bible into my stories and grew a desire to publish stories. Though I been saved since 10 years old, I was only write general non faith based stories. Now you can't keep my faith in Jesus and the bible out of my writing if you tried.
